Approach

IKEA Effect

People commit more deeply when they help build the solution.

COM-B

Change sticks when capability, opportunity, and motivation align.

Coaching

Insight and growth come through reflection, not instruction.

Wooden Boards

The IKEA Effect

People are significantly more invested in solutions they’ve had a hand in shaping — a behavioural insight known as the IKEA Effect. I design collaborative, participatory processes that invite teams and leaders into the heart of the change, rather than positioning them on the receiving end of it.

This creates a stronger sense of ownership, higher levels of engagement, and faster adoption of new ways of working. When people feel they’ve built the solution, they’re far more likely to protect, sustain and grow it.

Mindfulness

COM-B

True behavioural change happens when three things align: Capability, Opportunity, and Motivation. This model is at the core of how I design interventions, ensuring that change isn’t just aspirational — it’s actually possible.

I look beyond surface-level behaviours to explore whether people have the skills, tools and environment to do things differently. By addressing barriers across all three dimensions, we create conditions where meaningful, measurable change can thrive.

Coaching

Sustainable growth doesn’t come from quick fixes, it comes from deeper insight. I use a coaching approach across all my work, from 1:1 executive sessions to organisational change programmes. This means creating reflective spaces where clients can think critically, uncover patterns, and build their own answers with support and challenge. The result is greater self-awareness, stronger decision-making, and leadership that’s not just effective, but authentic.
